1) All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse next business day upon receipt of payment.
2) We provide FREE Shipping on all Australian domestic orders. Australian domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post eParcel. International orders are shipped with DHL and are charged at a flat rate of AUD$29.
3) You will receive a tracking number from the designated shipping carrier upon dispatch of your order, all shipping and tracking inquiries must be directed to the appropriate shipping carrier. We do not provide tracking service for shipments for customers.
3) Postage insurance is included in your order. We will replace or refund your order once this has been confirmed with the shipping carrier, which may take up to 14 days for a full resolution.
4) If your purchase was for a ‘Pre-order’ item, your order will immediately be dispatched upon arrival of stock and you will be notified of your tracking number.

For all customers placing orders to be shipped outside of Australia, please ensure that you are aware of all importing and customs charges that may be applicable in your country. We are in no way responsible, nor will accept return orders or provide refunds for non-acceptance of an order delivery due to additional customs fees.
